The Insights Discovery Personality Profile is a 20 page personal development tool that provides the basis to answer these questions. The profile is generated from the results of a 25 question online evaluator that takes on average 15 minutes to complete. We then provide feedback either at one to one sessions or more usually at a fun team day or workshop. Further workshops enable you to embed the system into your culture.
