Management and Leadership Development

Iridium runs a wide range of training and development workshops for leaders.  Current clients include Vodafone, The Open University and the NHS.  Each workshop will be tailored to your company's needs through pre workshop consultation.  Follow up sessions will ensure the benefits of the development work is ongoing and we can provide online performance management tools to track your development interventions.  Workshops blend a wide range of techniques including Emotional Intelligence, 360 Feedback, NLP ,and the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).   We can also provide a 'snap shot' of current performance by facilitating development centres.

Each leadership development programme is bespoke , however each one tends to include elements of our core development modules together with an introductory workshop on Leadership in the 21st Century (where we explore some of the latest thinking on the subject of Leadership).  The core workshops that we build on are:
