Belbin Team Roles


You probably recognise that whereas a person can probably never be 100% perfect a team can.  You probably also recognise that your team or teams could work better together.  Dr Meredith Belbin researched what made great teams and he concluded that there was a need for a variety of roles in a team for a team to function well and he categorized nine key roles. When to use Belbin Team Roles?
