The sessions will be devised drawing on extensive previous Iridium experience in designing and facilitating NLP workshops organisations similar to your own including Vodafone and the Open University. All the sessions will be based on exercises that we use in the five core NLP workshops and from our executive coaching programmes. The style will be highly interactive and participative with emphasis on “having a go” at using a number of tools.
Iridium’s consultants come with extensive hands-on management experience and so our approach is very pragmatic.
The aim of the sessions will be to give an introduction to the very large body of knowledge that comes under the name Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). All participants will take way tools that they can immediately apply in their business and personal lives.
