Leadership IMPACT

Leadership IMPACT Iridium’s consultants are specialists in leadership development. We focus on the Emotional Intelligence aspects of leadership that have been proven by research to make the difference between average and high performing leaders who make an impact. Based in Northampton we operate UK-wide, especially in London.

Leadership development from Iridium can take various forms. We provide one to one coaching and mentoring in our Leadership Development Coaching programmes. For groups of high potential managers we provide bespoke in-house Leadership Development Programmes typically providing a range of workshops over a six to twelve month period. Where there are identified development needs we can provide bespoke presentation skills training based on our highly regarded Presenting Yourself With Impact book and workshop. Leaders are also increasingly being called upon to use Coaching Skills in their work and we run a range of tailor-made workshops focussing on leaders using ‘coaching conversations’ to enhance individual, team and organisational performance by creating a coaching culture of support and challenge.

As well as individual development we also work with leadership and management teams and we provide a range of Management Team Development programmes for the whole team working together.

When working with individuals or teams we use a range of profiling tools to build self awareness and awareness of others including 360 Degree Feedback , the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Insights Discovery and Realise2 strengths inventory. We can also provide assessment centres and development centres for assessing leadership and management potential prior, during and/or after a programme.
