There are many coaches, facilitators, trainers and consultants in the market place, so why choose Iridium? What makes us special?
For a start we are passionate about what we do. We genuinely love working with businesses, teams and individuals enabling them to “discover their talent”. We believe there is potential in everybody and that most organisations only utilise a fraction of that potential. We are passionate at unleashing potential that in turn unleashes organisational performance.
All our consultants are very highly trained and skilled as you will see from the detailed descriptions. We continually invest in our own personal development, provide constant feedback to each other and are all friends as well as professional colleagues.
Our core values are integrity, professionalism, loyalty, honesty, trust and fun. We place our customers at the very heart of everything we do and pride ourselves in meeting our commitments to the highest standards. Everything we do is bespoke and tailored to our clients desired outcomes. Every project is led by one of our co-owners and so you have their personal commitment to your success.
