Gill Graves
Formerly HRD Director of a US high tech company, Gill has extensive hands-on international HRD experience, gained within fast-growing, rapidly changing environments.
Gill has an MBA from Warwick University, is a fellow of the CIPD, a master practitioner and certified trainer of NLP , Level 1 and 2 SHL trained, a qualified user of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and holds an Advanced Diploma in Professional Coaching and Mentoring.
Gill founded Iridium in 2000 and has built an impressive and loyal client base. |

Colin Graves
Formerly MD for Northern Europe of a Nasdaq quoted US company, Colin has extensive hands-on international sales, marketing and general management experience, gained within fast-growing, rapidly changing environments.
Colin has an MBA, is a fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management, a certified practitioner of NLP, a qualified user of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and a Licensed Practitioner of Insights Discovery.
Colin worked part time for Iridium from 2000 and joined full time in 2004.

Liz Carrighan
Liz is an executive coach and consultant in leadership development. Outcomes of her work result in sustainable behavioural change leading to enhanced performance. Clients include a number of high profile blue chip organisations.
Liz worked for the HayGroup for several years as a consultant and their Director of HR. Prior to this her career alternated between corporate roles in sales, marketing and HR, and independent consultancy.
Liz has an MBA from Henley Management College where she is now a visiting tutor. Liz is accredited in MBTI, Emotional Intelligence Inventory and is a Master Practitioner and certified trainer of NLP.

Mark is a Master Practitioner and certified trainer of NLP. Mark is a specialist in facilitating individuals and teams to explore their personality types using the Myers Briggs Type Indicator.
Mark leads corporate teams to Africa each year to help in development projects.

Tracy has 9 years experience of working in the consultancy field. As a consultant, facilitator and coach she works with individuals and organisations assisting them in exploring and developing personal and organisational alignment, thereby enabling them to achieve their goals and realise their full potential. Prior to this Tracy’s background includes an 11 year career with British Airways.
Tracy’s credentials include an MBA from Lancaster University (1995) and a Coaching Diploma. She is an NLP Master Business Practitioner and a licensed practitioner of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Firo-B – Oxford Psychologists Press, Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) and EQ-i the BarOn Emotional Quotient Inventory. |

Cathy has a background of hands-on experience within UK HRD; formerly she was Personnel Officer of a Canadian-owned UK-based high tech company and prior to this PA to the General Manager for a leading UK engineering company. Cathy has worked with Gill since 1988 and has worked part-time for Iridium since 2000. Cathy is a graduate of the CIPD. |

Carole Moxon
Carole is a committed HR professional who has demonstrated that she is able to adapt and work with a diverse range of businesses and organisations.
Her approach to work is characterised by her pragmatism, attention to detail and analytical skills, the importance she places on relationship building and creating an environment of trust and confidence with clients and their employees.
Carole's extensive experience as a Human Resources professional has been gained in major global organisations in the oil, IT, electronics and industrial sectors (including Fujitsu-ICL, Schlumberger, 3M, Gulf Oil, Chevron Oil). She also lived and worked in Belgium for 5 years and has a competent knowledge of the French language.
Carole is a trained psychometric tester and possesses the BPS Level A (Ability) and Level B Intermediate (Personality) Certificates of Competence in Occupational Testing.

Christine Crossman
Gill met Christine 10 years ago when Christine was a Principal at Watson Wyatt Worldwide and Gill was one of her clients. Gill was consistently impressed with Christine’s professionalism, her dedication to her clients and her willingness to go that extra mile. Christine inspired Gill to establish Iridium and remains a close friend, mentor and colleague.
Christine brings over 20 years of consulting experience with expertise in leadership assessment, personal development planning, executive coaching, recruitment and selection, the design and delivery of organisation-wide 360º feedback programmes and team building.
Based in Ottawa, Canada, Christine has worked with private sector clients in Canada, the US and Europe.
Christine has an Honours Bachelor of Social Sciences Degree in Industrial Psychology and is a qualified facilitator of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, among other psychometric tools.
