Leadership Development Programmes
Iridium have provided bespoke in-house Leadership Development Programmes for a range of clients across a variety of sectors that have made an immediate impact on leadership performance. How can we help you?
A typical leadership development programme consists of a number of one or two day workshops spread over 3 to 12 months. Each programme is bespoke but often contains elements from our interpersonal skills workshops and often includes personality profiling such as the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Insights Discovery or CPI260 and/or 360 degree feedback and may include some one to one executive coaching. Some programmes can also incorporate written assignments that lead to ILM qualifications in Leadership. We currently provide both the ILM level 3 and level 5 awards and certificates in Leadership and in Leadership and Management.
