Leadership Development Programmes

Iridium have provided Leadership Development Programmes for a range of clients across a variety of sectors that have made an immediate impact on leadership performance. How can we help you?

A typical leadership development programme consists of a number of one or two day workshops spread over 3 to 12 months. Each programme is bespoke but often contains elements from our interpersonal skills workshops and often includes personality profiling and/or 360 degree feedback and may include some one to one executive coaching.
